Weekly Planner

Your 6 night stay at Eden Hills Health Retreat is based upon providing you with the experience and knowledge to be able to continue and achieve your goals after you return home. The following itinerary may be subject to change due to weather and availability.

We are not a boot camp, so please do not be concerned about the level of exercise included in our Weekly Plan. All of our group sessions are designed to be catered to your personal needs, requirements and abilities. You will have the opportunity to try new things or refresh your knowledge of the various programmes offered.

Upon arrival you will be able to choose and book your inclusive massage treatment session with our resident massage therapist. All of our Trainers and Mentors are qualified to the highest standards in their field with years of coaching experience.
